The Northeast Library District and its members, Lackawanna County Library System, Wayne Library Alliance, Pike County Public Library, Tunkhannock Public Library and Susquehanna County Historical Society & Free Library Association, regret to announce that it will not be renewing its subscription to the eMagazine service, Zinio in July.   Due to declining use and rising subscription costs, the library’s subscription to Zinio will no longer be available after July 31, 2017. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
