The Lackawanna County Children’s Library is proud to partner with the Commission on Economic Opportunity to provide free lunch for children 18 years and under Monday through Friday from 12 to 1 pm throughout the summer.  The meals are nutritious and fun.  Check out to see what’s on the menu today!
