Jewelry and Purses Needed

Create a little magic in the life of a woman searching for a job by donating used jewelry and purses during September at Lackawanna County libraries.

Your donation will help provide the tools for success to disadvantaged women who are looking for employment. The effort is part of the ongoing mission of Dress for Success Lackawanna to promote economic independence by providing professional attire, a network of support and the career development tools to help women thrive in work and in life.

Each Dress for Success Lackawanna client receives one suit when she has a job interview and can return for a second suit or separates when she finds work. Accessories like those being collected are also provided.

Drop donations at a library before October 1.
