RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS: 

A non-refundable $25.00 deposit per person is due at time of booking.  If deposit is not received within 7 days of booking, your reservation will cancel automatically. All reservations and final payments are required by October 3, 2014.  Payments will be accepted in the form of cash, check, or credit card.  Checks should be made out to Scranton Public Library.  Should cancellation become necessary, no refunds will be issued unless your seat(s) can be resold.

Seats are assigned according to the reservations.  If traveling with another party, please inform us at time of booking. No smoking or alcoholic beverages are permitted on the bus.

ASSISTANCE CLAUSE:

The Scranton Public Library regrets that it is unable to provide individual assistance to a trip member for walking, dining, or other personal needs.  A companion must accompany individuals needing assistance for special needs. All ages are welcomed but those under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
