Who is Caroline Abbot? Caroline Abbott is a young girl whose world turns upside down in 1812. A British officer boards her sailboat and  announces that Britain and America are once again at war then take Caroline’s father prisoner. As the British attack her village, and it looks as if the Americans are in trouble, can she stay steady enough to help win the day?

Now is your chance to win the American Girl Doll … Caroline! Stop in at the library to purchase your tickets. The raffle will help fund some of our special library programs. The raffle begins October 1st and continues through October 31st. The winner will be notified on November 1st.
