Due to federal budget cuts this year the Scranton Public Library will only be receiving Forms 1040, 1040A, and 1040EZ. There will be no schedules or instructions.  The library will print any forms needed for 25 cents per page or you may download them at home from http://www.irs.gov/Forms-&-Pubs .  If you do not have access to a computer or a family member or friend does not use computers please have them call 1-800-829-3676 to order tax forms by mail.
