Libraries will be the cool places for teenagers to hang out this spring as the Lackawanna County Library System rolls out the “Teen Reading Lounge” in eight locations. Teen Reading Lounge is where you read, talk, share, create, and have fun! Teen Reading Lounge is scheduled to run during the months of March and April.
The Teen Reading Lounge program at each library is being funded by a grant from the Pennsylvania Humanities Council with additional funding from the Library System itself. Books and other materials will be provided to participants at no charge.
Teens can begin signing up now. Stop by your local library for details.
