Winter Empties Food Banks

The winter of 2014-2015 in Lackawanna County will long be remembered. For most of us it has been a matter of inconvenience, but some families have had to choose between heat and food. It is for those people in our community that Library patrons are pitching in to help restock food pantry shelves that have been emptied by an unusually large demand.
