The Reference Department received Draft plans for the Public Participation Plan, Limited-English Proficiency Plan, Title VI Non-Discrimination Plan, and the Lackawanna-Luzerne Long Range Transportation plan.  These Drafts are a five year plan that Lackawanna-Luzerne County coordinate for long range transportation and will be on display in the Reference Department for 45 days.  The public can look at these during our open hours and there is a comment form to be filled out.
