Keep your pup safe!

For your convenience, throughout the month of August, stop by the library to obtain a Dog License Application to officially welcome the newest member of your family. There will also be flyers and brochures on Pennsylvania’s Dog Laws and dog license pricing.

Application and remittance will be sent directly to the Office of Treasurer, Edward Karpovich, Lackawanna County, 135 Jefferson Avenue, Scranton.
