Tax Forms are Here
January 23, 2017The Reference Department has the following tax forms available to pick up:
- 1040 forms and instructions
- 1040 A forms and instructions
- 1040 EZ forms and instructions
- PA-40 forms
*Update* Rent Rebate forms are now available.
The tax forms can be found in the Reference Department, second floor of the Albright Memorial Library, on a display table immediately to your left when you walk up the stairs.
We will have a limited number of the delivered tax forms. If there is a different tax form you need or if the display has run out of the form you are looking for, a Reference librarian can print out copies of the tax form for free when you show your library card.
You can also find tax forms online or at these locations.
