February Collection Seeks Art Supplies

Needed for New Teen Drop-In Center

Lackawanna County libraries are collecting art supplies for the new NEPA Youth Shelter and After School Teen Drop-In Center. It is located at 541 Wyoming Ave., Scranton, and serves teens age 14 and up.

Open Monday to Friday from 3 to 9 p.m., the Center offers art classes every Tuesday at 4:30 p.m.

Items requested include colored pencils, crayons, colored Sharpies, paints, glue sticks, construction paper and brushes. People who think of other artist’s staples can donate them, too.

Support this effort to provide a safe place for teens by dropping your donation off at any Lackawanna County library this month.
