We have received some tax forms that are on display in the lobby of the Lackawanna County Children’s Library. These include the PA 40 form and instructions, PA Rent Rebate Form, Form 1040 and its instruction booklet and Form 1040EZ.  We have not received Form 1040A or the instructions booklet.  These should arrive in the next week. This is the second year that we have not received any schedules.  These are available online at the Internal Revenue Service.
