Live Your Best Life with Chronic Conditions Workshop Coming this October

United Neighborhood Centers of NEPA and Geisinger health and wellness are offering a six-week program for those who have chronic or long-term conditions. This interactive group is open to the public and available at no cost. Participants 18 years or older meet once a week to learn how to improve their health. Caregivers, friends, and family are welcome to attend.

When: Every Thursday starting October 3 through November 14. *There will be no class on Oct. 31.

Time: 5:15 PM – 7:45 PM

Location: Henkelman Room, second floor of the Albright Memorial Library. Elevator access is available.

**October 17’s workshop will meet in the Community Room, located in the basement of the Lackawanna County Children’s Library (next door to the Albright Memorial Library).
