The Albright Memorial Library, Lackawanna County Children’s Library, and Nancy Kay Holmes Library will close at 5:00 pm on New Year’s Eve and will be closed on New Year’s Day.

Library Express Bookstore will be open from 11 AM – 5 PM on New Year’s Eve and will be closed on New Year’s Day.
