Keep your New Year’s Resolutions, The Library Can Help

We all have the opportunity for a fresh start in 2020.  There are so many resolutions that have been made: getting healthy; being a better spouse, parent or friend; learning a new hobby or language; or saving money and creating a budget.  The library is a great place to find inspiration or find the resources you need to equip you to be successful in 2020.  If you are looking for ideas on eating well, check out an issue of the magazine Eating Well or Health.  We have a plethora of cookbooks for all eating styles from Vegan to The Mediterranean diet, and don’t forget to check out The Essential Instant Pot Cookbook for healthy recipes.

Are you looking to connect with others more in the new year?  Our free programs are a great place to connect with like-minded individuals whether you are a Civil War enthusiast, novice writer, quilter, crafter, or you need support for managing diabetes or an addiction.  Do you want to learn about bee keeping or painting?  Check out our calendar of events.

Whatever stage of life you find yourself in, we can provide you with the tools you need to manage your finances.  Check out the book Broke Millennial Takes on Investing: A Beginner’s Guide to Leveling Up Your Money or The Total Money Makeover: A Proven Plan for Financial Fitness.

Do you want to decrease your stress levels?  Check out the DVD Mindfulness: Be Happy Now, and start the year off great.  We are here to support you and provide you with the free materials you need to reach all of your goals.
