Survey for Parents
March 5, 2020We need your help in scheduling days/times for our Children & Teen programs. Please take one or both of the following surveys to help guide us. Unfortunately we can’t schedule programs when it’s best for everyone, but we’ll do our best.
This survey is for parents of children preschool and under. Days range from Monday to Saturday with morning, afternoon, and evening time options. Take this survey if you do not have any school age children.
This survey is designed for parents of children ranging from birth to teen. Days range from Monday to Saturday with morning, afternoon, and evening time options. If you have school age chidren and/or teens take this survey. Birth-Preschool are included for parents who also have school age children/teens so you do not need to take two surveys.
