The Carbondale Public Library will be hosting a luncheon with Kelly Rippon, motivational speaker and author of the book “Parent Up: Inspire Your Child to be Their Best Self”.  Kelly’s unique parenting style has helped her not only raise six children – including Olympic medalist Adam Rippon – but has also been the basis for her leadership presentations.  This will be a great event for those wanting to celebrate Mother’s Day a little later and for those getting ready for Summer Reading!  Tickets are $20 a person and will include a box lunch (food options will be available the day of the event) or $35 for lunch and a copy of the book.  After lunch, Kelly will give a brief presentation and then sign copies of her book.  For more information, please contact the Carbondale Public Library.
