Face Masks Strongly Recommended for Visitors at Scranton Libraries

Dear Patrons,

Per CDC guidelines, face masks are strongly recommended to be worn in the Library starting August 10, 2021. This includes the Albright Memorial Library, Lackawanna County Children’s Library, Nancy Kay Holmes Library, Library Express Bookstore, and the Lackawanna County Bookmobile.
