Family Mini Golf Returns in January!

The Scranton Public Library will bring back its Mini Golf fundraiser on Sunday, January 30, 2022 from 12:00 P.M. – 4:00 P.M. This family-friendly event will take place at the Albright Memorial Library on 500 Vine Street in Scranton and the Lackawanna County Children’s Library, next door. All proceeds from the fundraiser will benefit library programs and services for children.

People of all ages can enjoy playing 18 holes of mini golf right in the library. Each course is designed to use the library’s bookshelves, ramps, and open spaces to create a one-of-a-kind mini golf experience. Putter and golf balls will be provided. Guests can also take a chance on raffle baskets.

Face masks are strongly recommended to be worn by participants ages 2 and up, in accordance with CDC guidelines. Hand sanitizing stations will be placed throughout the libraries for guests to use. Putters and golf balls will be sanitized after each player.

Tickets cost $5 for children ages 12 and under and $10 for everyone else. Tickets will go on sale December 27, 2021 online at or in-person at the following Scranton Library locations:
