The Albright Memorial Library, Lackawanna County Children’s Library and Nancy Kay Holmes Branch will be closing at 5 pm on Friday, December 31st for New Year’s Eve and will remain closed until Monday, January 3rd.

Library Express will closing at 5 pm on Friday, December 31st for New Year’s Eve and remain closed until Sunday, January 2nd from 12pm to 5 pm.
