Join the Lackawanna County Historical Society on Saturday, January 28, 2023,  for a panel discussion, “Brief Histories of Four Anthracite Coal Companies,” in celebration of Anthracite Mining Heritage Month.

Speakers include:
Charles Kumpas, speaking on the Penn Anthracite Coal Company
Chester Kulesa, speaking on the Delaware & Hudson Coal Company
Tony Brooks, speaking on the Butler Coal Company
Robert Wolensky, speaking on the Pennsylvania Coal Company
