Help with Our Recycling Challenge
February 14, 2023Help the Valley Community Library with our new Recycling Challenge until 8/13/2023.
If the Valley Community Library is able to collect over 500 lbs. of plastic film and bags, TREX Recycling will donate a new recycled plastic bench for our outdoor play area for kids! Donations can be placed directly into our special recycling container.
Start saving your plastics today, then drop them off at the Valley Community Library when you’ve collected a large amount!
Accepted items include:
grocery bags, bread bags, case overwrap, dry cleaning bags, newspaper sleeves, ice bags, wood pellet bags,
ziplock & other re-sealable bags, produce bags, bubble wrap, salt bags, and cereal bags

Items NOT INCLUDED:
plastic bottles of any kind
All materials must be clean, dry, and free of food residue.
