DESCRIPTION:Join Registered Dietitian Anny Ha from Eat and Thrive Now for a hands-on cooking experience exploring simple ways to incorporate plant-based foods into a traditional pasta dinner. Participants will prepare and taste three pasta sauces featuring different ratios of meat and lentils\, along with a side and tropical chia seed pudding. $10 Materials fee due at the time of the class. Registration is limited and required.
