DESCRIPTION:Digeridoo Down Under at the North Pocono Public Library\nThursday\, July 30 at 11:00 AM\n\nThe Didgeridoo Down Under Show is an energetic fusion of Australian music\, culture\, art\, science\, comedy\, character building and audience participation. The didgeridoo has been played by Aboriginal Australians for at least 1\,500 years\, and is known for its otherworldly sound. During the show\, we play a variety of exotic didgeridoos and percussion instruments. We also use a multitude of props – maps\, globes\, artwork\, puppets\, motivational signs and more – to deliver educational lessons and empowering messages.\n\nThis program is for families with children and teens of all ages.\n\nRegistration required. Please register all family members regardless of age.

The Didgeridoo Down Under Show is an energetic fusion of Australian music\, culture\, comedy\, character building\, storytelling\, and loads of audience movement and participation. The didgeridoo has been played by Aboriginal Australians for at least 1500 years\, and it’s known for its otherworldly sound. We’ll explore the Outback and the Great Barrier Reef\, we’ll unearth Aboriginal artwork and artifacts\, we’ll learn about amazing creatures like kangaroos and koalas … and much more … all while moving and grooving to the pulsing rhythms of the didge and worldly percussion instruments. The DDU Show is interactive\, educational\, motivational\, and super fun for all ages! Registration is required.
