Learn all about canning with Mary Ann Curtis, a food preservationist from the Penn State Extension, at the Valley Community Library on May 29 at 6:00 p.m. She will do a live demonstration on preserving strawberry jam and even give away some jars to a few lucky participants! This program is for adults and registration is required.
