Spend time in the library kitchen making snacks while learning about food sanitation, kitchen safety, measuring and cooking techniques, and nutrition. Space is limited and registration is required. This is a 4-week program, with class on February 4, 11, 18, and 25. Please only register if you can attend all 4 classes. *PLEASE ONLY REGISTER ONCE and this will cover all 4 classes.
