You are welcome to join us on Saturday, June 29^th, 2019 1 PM at the Albright Memorial Library for a 45-minute presentation about PA Enrollment Services and the HealthChoices Program.

PA Enrollment Services (PA-EAP) is the Department of Human Service’s Enrollment Assistance Program for Medical Assistance recipients that are enrolled in an MCO Health Plan.  This informational presentation, conducted by a PA-EAP Outreach Team Member, will provide you with education on the role and responsibilities of PA Enrollment Services, and the enrollment process for eligible Medical Assistance recipients with choosing an MCO Health Plan and Primary Care Practitioner (PCP).
