Celebrate Earth Month with a Good Morning Earth Day Community Cleanup.

The Valley Community Library and the NEPA Sierra Club are partnering with the Carbondale Public Library to do a return cleanup of the Y Park that we picked up last spring. In 2022 we had 14 volunteers at this event and collected 5 bags of litter having some insightful conversations about what we were picking up. This event is family friendly.

Supplies will be provided by Keep PA Beautiful, but if you have gloves from last year please bring them. Dress for the weather, wear sturdy shoes and bright colors.
