The Valley Community Library is excited to be doing Fall Clean-Ups again this year with more community partners.

Come clean up part of Montage Mountain with Bank of America in partnership with the Lackawanna County Environmental Office and NEPA Sierra Club! Not only will we be picking up litter in the area, we will be engaging in conversations about litter, the harms of plastic and thinking of ways we can make improvements to our waste problem and what you would like to see in the area as far as conservation, changes, and environmental programs.

Come out and get to know these wonderful organizations as we spend time together. Be sure to wear sturdy shoes. If you have work gloves or a trash picker-upper please bring them, otherwise gloves and vests will be provided thanks to Keep PA Beautiful.
