12:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.  Elder Law Clinic

The Clinic gives Lackawanna County residents 60 and over who live at or below 125% of poverty an opportunity to meet with a lawyer for free to prepare wills, powers of attorney, and living wills.  Appointments can be made for brief advice on other civil matters such as landlord/tenant problems, consumer issues, and bankruptcy to name a few areas. Brief advice appointments can end with referrals to another free legal services program if more extensive representation is needed.
