Join us at the Library for our kitchen series “From Our Kitchen to Yours” on the last Tuesday of every month. This session will feature registered dietitian Laurie Waskovich. Laurie will be teaching attendees how to prepare Spinach Parmesan Zucchini Noodles, Cookie Dough Balls, and Keto Fudge Cookies. All three recipes are gluten free and vegetarian. This will be a cooking demo and tasting. Registration is limited and required. For adults. Register below.
