Celebrating the 105th birth date of one of our most influential urbanists and activists – Jane Jacobs.
Please join us for a walk along Scranton’s main downtown street. Richard will discuss the origins of its beautiful historic buildings and the efforts to preserve and restore them. A book signing with Glenna at Library Express will complete the Walk.
Hosted by local, AIA architect, Richard Leonori, and Jane Jacobs’s First City author, Glenna Lang.
Face masks must be worn and social distancing is required. No registration required. Free event.
We will meet at the Main Entrance to The Marketplace at Steamtown, 300 Lackawanna Ave., Scranton.
