So many of us have mental health struggles, but it can be uncomfortable and difficult to talk about – especially for teens. That’s why NAMI created the Say It Out Loud program! This program is for teens ages 12-18 to come, learn about mental health, and talk to other teens. NAMI on Campus students from the Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine will lead the program and share insights into how to cope with mental health and take the best care of your brain!

Say It Out Loud will meet on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month – our September dates are September 13th and 27th from 6:00-7:00pm in the Technology Lab, in the basement of the Lackawanna County Children’s Library. RSVP below or by calling 570-348-3000 or emailing bcimino@albright.org.
