Celebrate the Lackawanna County Library System’s 40th Anniversary with a county-wide art program for teens. Teens are invited to the Valley Community Library on Friday, June 30th at 2:00 P.M. to create their own “Mini Masterpiece” on a mini canvas. The artwork will be collected and put on display this fall along with the work of teens from all of the other LCLS libraries! Be sure to register for this program as space and supplies are limited.

For teens ages 12-17.
