Savvy Planning for Motivated Young Adults is journaling and goal setting to help you reach your full potential.

This week we will be focusing on how to use your journal to reach your health and fitness goals.

Videos of this program will be posted on the Valley Community Library Facebook page and on the Lackawanna County Library System’s YouTube. If you missed any of our past Savvy Planning programs they are easily found by searching the hashtag #SavvyPlanningVCL

Fitness and Health goals are unique to each person, therefore there will not be any handouts at the library this week. Our video will share some ideas for layouts you can use and personalize to your own needs and goals. We encourage you to explore our free Teen Health resource and explore our other health resources here.
