Assistance is available for patrons who need in-depth help with their smartphones, tablets, or laptops. These open hours are appropriate for patrons looking for help with setting up a new device, learning how to navigate their new device or using a specific program, or general technology questions. We are unable to help with technical repairs or hardware issues. No appointment is necessary, but patrons who do schedule a time will be given priority.

Drop-By hours take place in the Technology Lab on the lower level of the Lackawanna County Children’s Library. They are scheduled on intermittent Mondays and Wednesdays from 2PM until 4PM.
