Teens in grades 7-12 are welcome to join our Teen Leadership Council! TLC members give feedback on programs, share recommendations for books and materials, and help make the library and community better while earning volunteer hours. This month, we are making kindness cards and painted rocks to share positive thoughts and encouragement with others. Our meeting will take place on Monday, February 13th, 2023 from 6:00-7:30pm in the Technology Lab in the basement of the Lackawanna County Children’s Library.
