THRIVE will be holding an art festival in Memorial Park from 11am to 3pm.  The library will have a table set up with Judy Gretzula from the Rails to Trails for interactive rock painting.  There will be an official unveiling of the new mural in the YMCA Park and bike trail behind the Ben-Mar Restaurant at 10am.  At 5pm, there will be a concert by the band Nostalgia at the YMCA park pavilion.
