“Valiant Women of the Vote: Refusing to Be Silenced,” is the theme for this year’s National Women’s History Month where The National Women’s History Alliance is continuing the celebration of the centennial celebrations of women’s suffrage movement that gave women the right to vote.

VALIANT: possessing or acting with bravery or boldness. Also exhibiting, or carried out with courage or determination.
