Our well-being is influenced by things out of our control like the pandemic but how we weather the storm depends on factors in our control. If you are interested in taking charge of your well-being, then this workshop is right for you. Your well-being will be assessed at the beginning of the workshop and once again at the end, to see, how much progress you have made along the way. *No new participants will be accepted after workshop begins. Facilitator Annina Maheen Mirza has a Ph.D in Human Development from Marywood University and has an interest in wellness across the lifespan; her dissertation involved adapting the Five Factor Wellness Inventory into Urdu.
