Join Donya Jackson, the founder of Breathe and Prosper, for an hour of whole-person health awareness. This 12-week series includes 15 minutes of live healing music by a local artist, 30 minutes of guided meditation, and 15 minutes of soothing music to accompany reflective journaling.
