Scranton Police K-9 Unit Visits the Children’s Library!

The Scranton Police K-9 Unit stopped by the Lackawanna County Children’s Library on Monday, July 13, 2015 with Yogi, the German Shepherd. Yogi showed us how well he listens and obeys commands.
