Start your year with a simple craft to begin visualizing your goals and resolutions at North Pocono Public Library. We’ll be taking plain votive candles, mod podge, and magazine clippings to create our very own Manifestation Candles! All materials will be provided, but feel free to bring your own supplies to personalize your candle.
