PAWsitively for the Animals will be visiting North Pocono Public Library to present a seminar on first aid care for dogs and cats. Participants will learn emergency readiness and first aid techniques, what looks “normal,” the basics of pet CPR, shock, choking, and seizures, and overlooked issues.
