• The Gift of a Book Donation should be at least $20.00. A note or letter should accompany the check with the name of the person to be honored and, if desired the subject matter or title of the book you would like purchased. It should also include the name and address of the person(s) to be notified and the name and address of the donor.
• A Memorial Donation can be in any amount. North Pocono Public Library has forms available that can be completed with donor’s name, address, and telephone number. It also asks for the persons name to be memorialized and what type of book preference you prefer. An acknowledgement section is also included so we can send a card out to the family. You may also send this information to us on your own.
• A General Donation only requires the name and address of the donor.
