Come enjoy learning the art of “flower pounding,” a unique way of preserving and repurposing flowers. Flower pounding is the process of transferring the color from fresh flowers to material or paper.
Watercolor paper will be used in this workshop. Your project can easily be turned into a greeting card or picture. Please bring a hammer if you are able and any flowers from your garden you would like to try. Paper, flowers and instruction will be provided.
Presented by Penn State Extension’s Master Gardeners. For adults.
