Homeschooled children and their families are invited to join Miss Elizabeth at the Library for some hands-on, educational fun! This year we will meet monthly on the fourth Wednesday at 10:30 AM. Our experiences will be designed for grades K-4, but all ages are welcome.

For September, we will be using our imagination to design our own characters and then create 3D versions of our designs using 3DuxDesign modeling materials. At the end of the program, there will be time to “show and tell” our creations to the rest of the group. Participants will be introduced to the basics of the design thinking process, review geometric shapes, hone fine motor skills by drafting and building, and practice communication skills by sharing their design with the group.
