Come to the Valley Community Library anytime during our open hours from December 15-23 to wrap your holiday gifts. Scissors, tape, and an assortment of paper, bags, bows, and ribbon will be available. We will gladly accept donations of wrapping paper, gift bags, boxes, bows, ribbon, etc. Registration is not required.
