Lifelong Improvements through Fitness Together

Join Penn State Extension at North Pocono Public Library for an eight week long wellness program for adults (age 40+). This series consists of strength-training exercises to promote proper body positioning, flexibility, and posture, as well a nutritional component. Patrons can register online or in person at the library on Friday, February 13 at 2:00 P.M. Any registration questions can be directed to our Head of Adult Services, Kim Hnatko. Registration is required. $60 per person.
